At MJC we are happy to come out and unblock your drains, fix your leaking taps, replace your ball valve or basically any type of maintenance and repair.

We have an hourly rate and no call out charge so a simple repair will not cost you the earth.

A small range of the services we provide:

• Toilet repairs - replacing the ball valve, cistern or push button.
• Shower repairs - new cartridges, replacement heads and hoses, trouble shooting your shower problem, re-mastic your leaky shower enclosure.
• Appliance installations,
• Outside taps,
• Taps - replace washers, re-seat and re-mastic your existing taps or replace for new taps.
• General leaks or problems with low water pressure,
• Removing radiators for decorating,
• Replacing bathroom radiators for towel rails.

These are just a small selection of the works we carry out regulary, we have a client base who come to us time and again for their maintenance works as we price fairly, only an hours work will cost you only an hours labour.
